Returns Policy

We want to satisfy our customers. If we can’t do that, you can return certain products, but with limitations.

We describe our Returns Policy below. It covers all aspects of what you  can return, when you can return, and how the returns process works.  ItGresa‘s Returns Policy applies to all products around the world, except where it’s contravened by laws in country, in which case all local country laws shall apply.

Services

Services aren’t returnable or refundable. Each service is custom and executed only for a particular customer. Services include, but aren’t limited to: Website Design, SEO improvements and optimizations, Social Media campaigns, setups, pages, links, blogs, articles, advertising campaigns, awareness campaigns, marketing, sales campaigns, and e-commerce. This list of services isn’t exhaustive and will also change as the business changes.

Some services, including, but not limited to, website maintenance and hosting, are billable and payable in advance. Returns of such products and all subscription products are not allowed. ItGresa does not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.

Digital Products

Digital products, including, but not limited to, software, images, designs, and all other virtual and digital products are not returnable and are not refundable unless defective.

Products

Any product to be returned must meet the following conditions:

• They must be new, in original packaging, with all accessories.  “New” means unmodified and unused in any way.
• You bought them from ItGresa and can provide documentation that you did.
• You’re the original purchaser.
• You must submit an RMA request to ItGresa within 30 days of sale.
• Product that is listed as “not returnable,” “end of sale,” “no returns or exchanges” or other, similar designator may not be returned unless received defective or damaged.
• Product shipping costs are not refundable.
• We must receive the returned product within 30 days of sale.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping, tariffs, and other costs of returning product to ItGresa.
• You must include the RMA number with the shipment.

Defective, Damaged, Modified, and Warranty Claims

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact ItGresa promptly for assistance.

Products that have been modified, soldered, disassembled, altered, programmed, painted, cut, drilled, glued, re-wired, re-connectorized, or otherwise changed from their original condition are not eligible for return or warranty replacement unless required by applicable law.

For safety reasons, batteries, battery packs, chargers, and other electrical products that have been modified, re-wired, re-connectorized, punctured, physically damaged, improperly charged, improperly discharged, or subjected to abuse are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty replacement.

Fitness for Purpose

Combat robotics, educational robotics, and experimental robotics are highly customized activities. Product selection, system design, loading, gearing, wiring, programming, and overall application are the responsibility of the customer. Except as expressly stated by the manufacturer, ItGresa does not warrant that any particular product is suitable for a customer’s specific design, application, performance objective, competition strategy, or intended use.

Products damaged through competition, combat, collision, impact, weapon engagement, misuse, abuse, overload, or operation outside published specifications are not considered defective and are not eligible for warranty replacement.

ItGresa reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine whether a failure was caused by a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, normal wear, misuse, modification, improper installation, improper charging, improper wiring, operation outside published specifications, competition damage, overload, or other causes outside of ItGresa’s control.

When evaluating warranty claims, alleged defects, or product failures, ItGresa may consider manufacturer specifications, published ratings, intended use, product documentation, and technical findings from the manufacturer or supplier. ItGresa reserves the right to consult the manufacturer regarding warranty claims, alleged defects, or product failures, and may rely upon manufacturer inspection, testing, and technical findings in determining the cause of failure and eligibility for warranty replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Refund Payments

We will issue refunds within 6-8 weeks of physical receipt of the RMA at ItGresa.

We will issue refunds in the same payment medium as the purchase.
