ItGresa has been teaching kids robotics for seven years, and we recognized that the sport needed a local stocking distributor to make the buying process easier.

We get a lot of questions about tools.  “What kind of soldering equipment should I buy?”  “How do I keep my soldering station neat?” “Oops!  I burned my bench.  Got anything that can prevent that?”  Since our mission is to help support the builders and help support the sport, we decided to start with one of the most necessary processes for builders that are even a little bit advanced – soldering.

We’re now carrying soldering tools and supplies from the Hakko Company.  Why Hakko?  Years ago, the head of our supply chain used to run an electronics factory.  His teams used Hakko soldering stations 20 hours a day, across three shifts, five days a week.  Without problems.  Hakko products are built like a tank, and when your job is get product built every day, reliability and ease of use are critical.  We use these products ourselves.  We take them to combat robot events.  We know they are good.
