Own a Black Frost EVO Beetleweight Chassis with rails that have taken a beating? We now offer limited-run replacement Black Frost EVO Side Rails. These OEM rails are manufactured by Frosty Designs from durable black UHMW and are direct drop-in replacements for the original chassis rails.
The rails are interchangeable and can be used on either side of the chassis—there is no dedicated left or right rail. Simply flip the rail over during assembly.
Rails are sold individually (not in pairs). Inventory is extremely limited and will not be restocked once sold out.

These side rails are OEM replacement components for the Black Frost EVO Beetleweight Chassis and are manufactured by Frosty Designs from durable black UHMW. Designed for direct compatibility with the original chassis geometry, these rails provide the strength and wear resistance needed for combat robotics environments.

Are these rails sold as a pair?
No. These rails are sold individually. Order two if you need a full replacement set for both sides of the chassis.
Is there a left rail and a right rail?
No. The Black Frost EVO side rails are fully interchangeable. The same rail can be used on either side of the chassis—simply flip the rail during assembly depending on which side you are installing.
Does this include mounting hardware?
No. This listing includes the UHMW chassis side rail only. No mounting screws, hardware, or additional chassis components are included.
