What it is / Who it’s for
The FingerTech F28xx Motor Upright Mounts are the UHMW motor mounts used in the Viper Vertical Spinner Add-On. One upright mounts the F2822-1100KV motor to the chassis. The opposite upright accepts an HK0408 4mm roller bearing for dual-support of the motor shaft — keeping the weapon system stable under the high loads of combat. Sold as a pair.
Construction and mounting
Machined from UHMW polyethylene. Each upright mounts to the viper chassis via two 4-40 screws spaced 1.28in (32.5mm) apart. The motor attaches with four counterbored/countersunk M3 flat head screws. Mounting holes are slotted so you can set the motor in either rotation direction without modifying the chassis.
Compatibility
Designed for the F2822-1100KV brushless motor (4mm shaft). If you source the motor separately, ItGresa carries it as the D2822/17 Brushless Motor Outrunner. The opposite upright accepts an HK0408 4mm roller bearing (sold separately).
