Designed for SSP 2.0, these wheels should also fit SSP 1.0 frames. You can also use these for your own custom design. The LEGO tire locks onto the 3D-printed TPU core for a secure, repeatable fit. Fits More Than SSP 2.0
These wheels were designed for the SSP 2.0 kit, but they should also fit SSP 1.0 frames. The sport has discovered that LEGO tires can give greater grip and better performance, so ItGresa and Just Cuz are happy to support this trend.
What’s Included — and What Isn’t
Each set includes 2 rear wheels with TPU cores. Hubs are not included. If your design requires aluminum hex hubs or bushings, you’ll need to source those separately. Exact weight may vary by batch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will these fit my SSP 1.0 kit?
They should. The SSP 2.0 wheel geometry is compatible with SSP 1.0 frames, but Just Cuz Robotics notes this as a "should fit" rather than a guaranteed spec. We do still sell the 1.0 cast wheels, while supplies last.
Why aren't hubs included?
Just Cuz Robotics sells the rear wheel set without hubs to keep the cost down and give builders flexibility. Hub bore requirements vary by drive motor shaft — 4mm and 6mm are both common in beetleweight builds. Source hubs to match your specific motor shaft.
Why LEGO® tires?
The combat robotics community is starting to favor LEGO tires for their grip characteristics and consistent geometry. Just Cuz Robotics designed the SSP 2.0 around this format — and builders are finding the performance backs it up.
Can I use these on a custom build?
Yes. The wheels aren't SSP-exclusive — anywhere you need a compact rear wheel with LEGO tires and a TPU core, these work. Just account for the 43.2mm diameter and 14.0mm width in your design.
Can I print my own cores and cast my own tires?
