The Saifu MicroBlock3 Nutstrip is a genuine Kitbots hardware component used to join mating parts at clean right angles. It shares its 3/16in aluminum bar stock, 4-40 thread, and 1/4in hole spacing with the smaller MicroBlock2, but runs longer and carries five threaded holes instead of three — three on one face and two on the other. Sold individually. These are handy components for any robot where you want a right angle join and don’t have sufficient strength in the panels themselves.
That extra hole means a MicroBlock3 spreads the joint load across more fasteners than a MicroBlock2, which is useful anywhere a chassis panel join sees more stress or needs a longer connector run.
It uses the same anodized aluminum construction and mounting logic as every other block in the Kitbots nutstrip family, so builders already familiar with MicroBlock2 or MiniBlock3 assembly will find it drops in the same way. These nutstrips are also common across other Kitbots kits that use the same panel-and-bulkhead construction style, so keeping a few spares on hand is useful even outside a Saifu rebuild.
