The Saifu MiniBlock3 Nutstrip is a genuine Kitbots hardware component used throughout Kitbots’ chassis builds to join mating parts at clean right angles. It ships as a single anodized aluminum block, sold individually. These are handy components for any robot where you want a right angle join and don’t have sufficient strength in the panels themselves. This nutstrip steps up from the MicroBlock family to a 1/4in bar with 6-32 threaded holes, giving it a stronger fastener size for joins that see more load.
It carries five threaded holes total, three on one face and two on the other, spaced 3/8in apart — a wider spacing than the Micro family to match the larger 6-32 thread.
On the stock Saifu 3 chassis, MiniBlock3 nutstrips secure the sidewall assemblies to the weapon motor stator mount, so a sidewall rebuild typically calls for two of these blocks, one per side.
It shares the same anodized aluminum construction and mounting approach as the rest of the Kitbots nutstrip family, so it installs the same way as the MicroBlock2 and MicroBlock3.
