HOW TO ORDER
From first contact to a kit in your classroom — here’s the full path, including where you have options.
Our goal is to make your life easy! Wand to place an ItGresa Purchase Order? We’ve tried to outline our purchasing process here, with helpful links to give you everything you need to get going.
Question: Which is better? Purchase orders or P-Cards?
Answer: 95% of our schools order on P-Cards. Ordering technical parts can be complex with a PO process, P-Cards make it easier for the teacher to order exactly what they want rather than having to translate through a purchasing agent who doesn’t understand the products. But we know certain schools or certain situations require PO’s (school policy, grants, etc.). ItGresa is happy to support your PO’s! See below for the entire end-to-end process with helpful tips for purchasing from ItGresa.

Send Us Your Info
We need some basic info to get you started. We’ve created a simple form that you can fill out and email us at info@itgresa.com. We’ll verify your info, set up an account, and email you the details.

Not Sure what you need? We can help. You can browse the store by Brand or Category, you can review technical articles, you can email us, or schedule a call.

Tell us What You Want
Send us what will be on your ItGresa Purchase Order so we can create an order for you and match it to your PO when it comes in. (Note that your order won’t go out until we receive an official PO).
Options:
- Skip: Skip this step and just send us your PO in email or by snail mail.
- Cart: Enter your PO in your cart and send us a copy; we’ll get it entered as an official order.
- List: Email us a list of the parts that you want.

Send Us Your Purchase Order
Nothing happens without a PO! Email us a copy or send us a copy in the mail. Make sure your PO has everything on the PO Checklist so we can process it quickly.

We enter your PO and Confirm
If you haven’t sent us your requested parts before, we’ll now enter an order for you from your PO. We’ll send a confirmation to the email you give us. Usually that’s the teacher email, but we can send it to the administrator email- just let us know which you prefer.
We order and receive any missing parts
We may not have enough stock for all parts on a large school order. We’ll get them in as quickly as we can and get them into stock. Like many other businesses, competitive robotics has experienced many supply chain challenges in the last several years, so be sure to allow enough time for your parts to come in! During COVID and the tariff shocks, certain parts were delayed for months. We’ll work with you on any shortages.
We ship your order!
We carefully pack your order, include copies of the order and the invoice, add the purchase order number to all documents and all sides of the box, and it’s on the way! Be sure to tell us on the PO if you want to insure your shipment or not.
