Raspberry Pi and 3D printing Class!

We’ve had a lot of requests for a Fall section of ItGresa Robotics!  So we’ve opened up a Raspberry Pi class for our 10-15 year old engineers.

The fall section for the senior engineers will be “Raspberry Pi and 3D printing”.  Our senior engineers will build their very own open source Linux computer, known as a Raspberry Pi.  Students will learn to build and configure the computer, load programs, browse the web using Linux, basic programming, basic Linux command line, and how to download and print a 3D case for their computer from a file on the web.

All children will receive a personalized certificate of completion.

Cost of the class will be $250.00, including all materialsThe first session will commence Sept 14, 2018.

We’ve had a lot of interest in the program, and are limiting the number of children to 10, so please sign up quickly before all seats are gone.

These classes help to develop children’s interest in STEM.  They also give your children opportunities that they may not receive in many schools. Kids in our programs have used their participation to help get selected for advanced schools and programs.

We are passionate about helping children grow up to be engineers and have STEM careers.  We hope you can join us.  #BeThatEngineer

Students will receive:

At the end of the class, each student will take home their very own Raspberry Pi computer, with wifi, keyboard, mouse, power supply, HDMI cable, network cable, and everything they need to run the computer except for a display.  Any TV with HDMI can be used as a display.  These computers have literally thousands of projects on the web that can keep your kids occupied for years.

All children will receive a personalized certificate of completion.
