Our shipping policy explains when and how we ship you product.
Robotics Products
Our Robotics Products are stocked at the ItGresa Warehouse. Orders received before 3:00PM EST will typically ship out within 24 hours. However, we are at the mercy of our carriers’ operating hours, so even though we ship the product, if it’s a weekend or a holiday, your actual delivery may be delayed a few days, depending on weekends or holidays. Transit times in the US are generally 3-5 days. Shipping prices vary, but are generally $10 for a USPS Priority Mail tracked shipment.
We’ve noticed that certain carriers, including USPS, don’t always scan at every process step and often don’t scan at origin. If your shipment looks like it hasn’t made it to the post office, don’t freak out- give it a day or so. If you’re worried about it, contact ItGresa Logistics at info@itgresa.com.
Does ItGresa deliver internationally?
ItGresa does not ship internationally at this time. We can ship to a pickup point in the US, but the customer is fully responsible for adherence to all export regulations and they, or their designated broker, must be the Exporter of Record.
